Program fees, refunds, and cancellations
All cancellations must be requested in writing via email to admin@treehousenm.com. Those requesting a refund are encouraged to describe any complaints they had with the content if possible. Refunds requested within 30 days for online courses will be refunded with no questions asked so long as a certificate has not been issued. Once a course certificate has been issued, no refunds will be given. There is no guarantee of a refund after 30 days, but these requests will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.
