“You’re mad, bonkers, completely off your head. But i’ll tell you a secret. All the best people are.”

Alice in Wonderland, Lewis Carroll

Insurance and Payments

We are currently contracted with the following insurance companies:

  • Presbyterian Health Plan

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield

  • Western Skies

  • United

  • Medicaid

Every plan has different deductible and co-payment amounts. You will be responsible for these at the time of your visit.

If you have another insurance company besides those listed above, you may have out-of-network benefits that will cover your visits. If this is the case, we ask for payment in full at time of your appointment. Then we are happy to file your insurance claims for you. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly, according to their fee schedule. Any disputes with this insurance will be the client's responsibility.  We offer this as a courtesy to our clients.

Insurance Disclosure

It is important for you to know and understand that in order to file a claim with your insurance our office will be required to assign a mental health diagnosis that fits the symptoms for which you are seeking treatment. This will become a part of your permanent health record. Your diagnosis will be discussed with you to ensure your comfort with the claims filing process.

For complete confidentiality some clients opt not to use their insurance to avoid having a mental health diagnosis on their health record. We honor our client's preferences and respect their rights to privacy. You can discuss your questions or concerns about this during your free phone consultation.
